Allinea specializes in pattern-based therapeutic bodywork designed to interrupt compensatory tension and movement patterns, improve mobility, and help the body settle into a more efficient resting position. Okay… so… what does that actually mean? Your body adapts. Maybe you sit at a desk all day, drive for hours, sleep on one side, carry stress in your shoulders, compensate for an old injury, or simply move the same way every day. Over time, your body can start treating those patterns as “normal”—even when they’re creating tension, restriction, or discomfort. My work looks at the pattern, not just the sore spot. I pay attention to how your body rests and moves before, during, and after your session—sometimes down to something as simple as how your feet naturally fall on the table. From there, I use targeted bodywork, stretching, movement, breathwork, and other techniques as appropriate to help reduce those compensations and give your body an opportunity to organize itself differently. The goal isn’t just to help you relax for an hour. It’s to see what we can get your body to do differently. You don’t need to choose a technique. Every session is personalized based on what your body needs that day. You don’t need to know whether you need deep tissue, cupping, stretching, trigger point therapy, or something else—that’s my job. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to confirm every appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Cancellations
Once an appointment has been booked, the deposit is nonrefundable.
If you cancel your appointment for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or credited toward a future service. A new appointment and new deposit will be required when you are ready to rebook.
Rescheduling
Each appointment may be rescheduled one time with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Your original deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. A new appointment and new deposit will be required.
After an appointment has already been rescheduled once, any additional change will require a new appointment and a new 50% deposit.
Appointment times are not reserved or confirmed by text message. All changes must be completed through the online scheduler. Your new appointment is confirmed only after you receive an updated confirmation.
Members:
Membership sessions do not roll over. Members receive a 3-day grace period after each monthly renewal date to complete any unused session from the previous billing cycle. After this grace period, the session expires. Members may reschedule one membership appointment per billing cycle with at least 2 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the session.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit. A new appointment and new deposit will be required to book again.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled appointment time. The session will end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service price will remain due.
Arriving 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will result in the appointment being canceled and treated as such.
